It is necessary for each university to register on the ESC portal. After this registration, the necessary data are available in the graphic user interface of ESC (see screenshots below). The university must provide this data to the ER who can put them in NCDB. The university should also choose the domain which they want to use (usually the main web domain of theirs). In the ESC administration, you will also find an overview of the current ESC students under the university and their IDs. |

To generate an API token, go to your organization details (eye icon). Click the plus button to add a new token. You can name the token as you wish and set any expiration date in the future. Once the token is generated, make sure to copy it immediately. If you leave the tab, you will no longer have access to the token, and you will need to generate a new one. |
