4.Requesting login data

  • Login access must be requested through Servis desk - https://it.support.gtsalive.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/5

  • Login details are automatically sent to the e-mail provided. 
    It will be shared via 5 working days from requesting it via service desk - please inform the users to expect an automated e-mail. 

  • If the merchant reports not receiving access, please guide them to check the Spam and other folders as well. Access credentials are sent from the address: no-reply@aliveverify.com.

Required data:

  • Country:

  • Discount Provider Name:

  • Discount Provider ID:

  • Branch Name /ID:

  • Username: (if you do not share it, we think something out)

  • E-mail: where an automatic email with login details is sent.

  • If the partner has more branches we need always to know where to share the login for particular branch.
