AGENT x INSTITUTION The request for endpoint POST Cardholders.set slightly differs based on the fact if the card issuer is an institution or an agent. Institution Institution means that card issuer is school/university and issues cards only for its students. Agent Agent means that card issuer can issue cards for more different institutions. For example, a college that issues cards for students from different schools. In this case, in NCDB, the card issuer needs to have the checkbox “Agent” in “Roles” box allowed.
