Introduction of Alive Platform
What is ALIVE Platform ?
GTS company owned information system developed since 2008. The system covers most business processes related to ISIC products. In addition to the Czech Republic, it is also used in 25 other countries, including, for example, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, the United Kingdom and Germany.
The system consists of several modules:
National Card Database (NCDB) - contains all issued ID cards and contains, among other things, administration of schools, licenses, ID card designs and price lists. Through this system, schools order passes and the whole process of mass printing, invoicing and distribution is solved through it.
Card Issuing (CI) - a system for the separate sale of cards within the agency network.
Online Ordering (OO) - application for online card ordering by end customers.
Discount Manager (DM) - application for managing discount providers, verification of cards (so-called verification) enabling the display of discounts on the web through our plugin for WordPress.
Insurance Manager (IM) - application for the sale of travel and health insurance both through the web and the network of sellers.
Marketing Manager (MM) - a module enabling personalized marketing communication with customers.
Payment Manager (PayM) - a module for centralized processing of online payments for products and services sold in Online Ordering.
Profile Manager (PM) - a module that takes care of the registration of customers, their products and services and the handling of accounts from the client zone. It also provides processes related to the customer's life cycle, management of consents to the processing of personal data, anonymization of personal data, etc.
Localization Manager (LM) - a module for localizing the ALIVE Platform interface into individual languages, used exclusively by ISIC representatives from individual countries where they use the ALIVE Platform.
