Dear Alive Platform user,

With March just around the corner, we're looking forward to the fresh energy of spring. At GTS Alive, we continue to enhance the Alive Platform to better support your daily operations.

In this edition, we bring you the latest updates and improvements to help streamline your processes. Let’s welcome the new season with efficiency and success! 

General Information

As we mentioned in our year-end Bulletin, we are currently working on the development of Alive Platform 2.0, along with many exciting international projects. These improvements aim to enhance your experience and provide even better solutions for your daily operations.

We would also like to remind you about the availability of our support team. A complete overview of public holidays in the Czech Republic in 2025, when our support services are limited, can be found here

New Features Deployed to Production

We have updated access permissions for Personalization Center users in NCDB.

What's Changed?

Dashboard now only displays:

  • Announcements

  • Orders

Orders Section:

  • Orders with the "Delivered" status have been removed from the list.

  • The "Delivered" status is no longer available in filters.

  • The link to the card details has been removed from the order item details.

  • Two new fields have been added to the Processing Information section:

    • Mifare Chip Number

    • EM-Marine Chip Number (available for all users)

Issued Cards & Cardholders Sections:

  • These sections are no longer visible for Personalization Center users.

New Features Deployed to the Testing Environment

We have recently deployed enhancements for managing Exclusive Representative (ER) accounts in the testing environment. These updates provide better and more detailed access control for your team members, allowing for greater flexibility in assigning permissions within NCDB.

With these improvements, you can now better coordinate which team members have access to specific sections of NCDB, ensuring more efficient management of user roles.

Planned Deployment to Production

The deployment of these changes to production is planned for March.

For users who currently have the Exclusive Representative role, their role will be automatically updated to Super Admin after the release.

This means that their current access rights will remain unchanged, and no action is required from them following the update.

 

New NCDB Functionalities Related to Online Ordering 2.0

New functionalities related to the development of Online Ordering 2.0 are now visible in the testing environment, primarily in the Issuers and Price Lists sections.

At this stage, all these new features are being tested internally, and no action is required on your part. As soon as individual components are ready for external testing or use, we will inform you in advance.
